About Watts Wacker

Wacker, founder of think-tank FirstMatter LLC, describes himself as a modern alchemist. Between his time at FirstMatter and stints at Menlo Park think-tank SRI International and Yankelovich Partners, Wacker has helped the world’s top corporations navigate the sea of change that is taking hold in the new millennium. Previous lives include management positions in the health, beauty, toy and food industries, and ownership and operation of two Texas radio stations.

He is the author of four books, including The 500 Year Delta, The Visionary’s Handbook, The Deviant’s Advantage and his latest What’s Your Story? Storytelling to Move Markets, Audiences, People and Brands. Recent work has included contributing, editing and ghost writing numerous books, broadcast commentary as well as magazine and journal articles.
