ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Peggy Grall is a certified business coach and former psychotherapist with 19 years of experience in the areas of individual and organizational change, crisis leadership and conflict resolution. She is also an internationally recognized keynote speaker who addresses company and association leaders looking to boost their “change agility” and deal with organizational conflict more effectively. Her unique background, working in both the human services and corporate sectors, equips her to work with individuals and teams to assess and address the complex people issues affecting change outcomes.

Organizations experiencing mergers and acquisitions, culture transformations and other intense change initiatives have utilized Grall’s skills to help them navigate the high-risk, high-reward atmosphere of significant change. She believes the best way to ensure the success of a change is to strategically equip and fiercely support the leaders of the change. Her approach to change management begins with assessments of key stakeholders and the organization as a whole to determine change readiness. This step is followed by facilitating the development of an organizational change map and skill-building with those responsible for the change. She mentors and coaches the change leaders through every step of implementing the change.
