HR has the opportunity to be a leader in sustainability and are this year’s conference features a number of environmental initiatives: reusable tote bags and conference programs are printed on recycled paper; we’ve reduced the number of handouts; and we've eliminated the CD-Rom—instead materials will be available for download off our website to registered attendees (two weeks prior and two weeks after the conference). With the help of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, this will be a “zero waste” conference—meaning that all waste will be recycled!
