About the Facilitator:


A faculty member of the retail management degree program since its inception, Frances Gunn has designed and taught courses in service management, human resources and organizational behaviour.


The hallmark of Frances’ programs is their dynamic and topical style. She is the designer of Managing Service Excellence, a province-wide service quality training program for the Ontario Tourism Education Corp.


She has consulted with and tailored programs to meet the learning needs of organizations across Canada. Her research interests include the use of interactive online learning techniques and the alignment of service quality and human resource strategies.


This program runs in partnership with the School of Retail Management and The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University.
